HRD has announced this year’s Australia’s Employer of Choice 2022 winners, showcasing the very best places to work across our nation. This year’s awards are a who’s who of organisational excellence, a list of those companies that really went the extra mile to protect their people through the pandemic.

From overnight digitization to changing legal landscapes, it’s been a year of both cataclysmic change and intense innovation. This year’s award winners, comprised of small to medium to large businesses, shone out to our research team as models of leadership – each having excelled in their own way over the past year.

Entries were judged on their achievements and initiatives across a number of areas, including learning and development, wellbeing, leadership, flexibility, innovation and technology. While it was difficult to pick and choose just who should be showcased on the prestigious list, here at HRD we believe that we’ve found the absolute crème de la crème of HR superstars.

The list this year includes Telstra, Australian Catholic Superannuation, Queensland Treasury Corporation, Singleton Council, A S Harrison & Co Pty Ltd, Aussie Broadband, Aurion, Madison Group Enterprises, Tilt Renewables, Bendelta, Liberty Financial Pty Ltd, TPG Telecom, and Gallagher Bassett.
