HRD Asia is excited to reveal the 15 top employers that have been named Innovative HR Teams for 2023.

This year's winners went above and beyond in terms of innovation amid ongoing workplace challenges, demonstrating cutting-edge approaches and initiatives to create positive employee experiences and business success.

These include a variety of methods such as AI, charity partnerships, e-learning programs and wellness frameworks.

Among the top employers for 2023 are:

“There is a lot of effort put in to ensure employees feel they are in a comfortable environment where they can grow and take risks,” says Karen Tay, associate vice president of core services, Asia Pacific, at Merz Aesthetics.

“While we do engagement surveys, walking the talk makes a lot of difference.”

At Micron Technology, there’s a focus on letting employees express their opinions, according to Cher Whee Sim, vice president for global talent acquisition and mobility.

“It’s really important they are included, their view is being heard, and they really feel safe to learn and contribute. When they see themselves contributing, they definitely want to look at how they could do things differently.”
