HRD Asia reveals 2022 Hot List

This year’s list of 24 professionals have all been nominated for their outstanding leadership, and for their commitment to creating healthier, happier and more engaged workplaces, with the tools to thrive against a backdrop of ongoing challenge.

This year’s Hot List winners have all been responsible for a number of initiatives focusing on mental health, technology, work-life balance and equal opportunities. In the HRD Hot List special report, they discuss the importance of spotting signs of burnout early, helping staff manage their stress, and the ‘once in a lifetime opportunity’ that the HR sector has to overhaul the traditional 9-5.
