This past year has been a tumultuous time for HR leaders as the post-pandemic landscape created a series of new challenges.

Dealing with this set of obstacles, both new and old, were an impressive group of human resources professionals who used their skills, experience and resources to maintain a harmonious working environment, and lead by example during very tough times.

In that vein, HRD New Zealand is proud to unveil our 2023 Hot List – a comprehensive guide to the very best and brightest in the HR sector.

This year’s winners include:

Winners were selected after the HRD New Zealand team conducted a survey of the HR sector to find the most influential leaders who had contributed significantly to their profession over the previous 12 months. The team aimed to identify individuals who had led new initiatives in the HR space and advanced the standing of HR within their respective organisations, and also considered previous awards won by the candidates.
