HRD New Zealand has revealed its top picks for the Hot List 2023, showcasing some of the most knowledgeable and accredited HR experts. 

With a great emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and the development of employee/employer relationships, the HRD NZ Hot List sheds light on the success of some of the industry's top players, their accomplishments, and how their stories can help other HR professionals.   

HRD determined its top picks through a survey of the New Zealand HR sector to identify the most influential leaders who had contributed to the industry over the past 12 months. By the end, 22 candidates were selected based on their leadership, innovations, and industry contributions.   

The list highlights critical thinking, adaptability, and future-proofing the world of HR as new technologies and business practices shape the ever-changing landscape of HR. It features modern insights and sensibilities that are not only driving the HR industry of today but shaping the path for the HR industry of tomorrow.
