This is your final reminder to nominate for HRD’s Elite Women 2026, with nominations closing on Friday, 12 June.
If there is a woman whose HR leadership has lifted engagement, strengthened culture or helped your organisation navigate change this year, now is the moment to put her forward.
Last year’s Elite Women were recognised against a backdrop of persistent inequities in leadership.
Robert Walters’ data showed that “57% of men believe their organisation has strong female role models” while “31% of women share this view” and “67% women cite bias and unequal access to opportunity as key barriers, compared to 28% of men”.
