HRD Australia has revealed its stand-out picks for the Hot List 2023, showcasing some of the best talents in the industry.    

With a strong focus on innovation, team building, and leadership, the HRD Hot List 2023 sheds light on what the top players in the industry are doing to adapt, evolve and overcome common obstacles facing HR professionals.  

HRD determined its top picks by asking the Australian HR sector to identify the most influential leaders over the past 12 months. By the end, 22 hot listers stood out and provided valuable insights on working strategies with proven success in the workplace.   

The list highlights how to develop new HR initiatives, improve upskilling and training, oversee new onboarding platforms, and ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
