With a career of over 25 years in HR, Phil brings a passion for Leadership, Coaching, full spectrum end-to-end Human Resources, Organizational Design and Development as well has his strengths and successes in Change, Transformation and Culture. Phil’s L’Oréal journey began in 2015 as the Head of Human Resources for L’Oréal Luxury division for Australia and New Zealand. 4 years later Phil moved with L’Oréal to Hong Kong for an Asia Pacific HR scope with focus on organization design and large-scale talent development programs across 10 markets. For the last 3 years, Phil was based in Singapore to spearhead initiatives across the region growing People, Development and Learning for L’Oréal and then returned to the Australian and New Zealand markets with L'Oréal at the start of 2025. Phil’s has grown his career as a champion of enabling teams to create significant meaningful value for themselves and their customers. He is passionate about finding, connecting, and nurturing talents for the future with a collective-growth mindset, emphasized importantly with a balanced proximity to the business and a proximity to the people.
