Michelle Fichmann is an accomplished Talent and Organisational Development leader with global experience across healthcare, aviation, financial services and consulting. Having lived and worked in four countries, Michelle brings a truly international perspective to her work, blending cross-cultural insight with strategic expertise in leadership development, talent strategy, L&D, employee experience, and cultural transformation.
In her current role as GM, Organisational Development & Learning at Ramsay Health Care, Michelle leads enterprise-wide initiatives to strengthen culture, leadership, capability, employee experience, and organisational performance in Australia’s largest private healthcare provider.
Michelle holds a background in Psychology, a Master’s in Organisational Coaching, and has completed studies at Harvard University. She is also a graduate of the Chief Executive Women leadership program. With a strong commitment to continuous learning and inclusion, Michelle is widely respected for her ability to translate complex people challenges into practical, high-impact solutions that shape the future of work.
