Louise Hope is a seasoned HR executive and Chief People Officer with an extensive career spanning corporate, government, tertiary, not-for-profit, and creative industries across the UK and Australia. She is known for her pragmatic leadership style, deep commitment to inclusive people experiences, and ability to connect strategy with culture to deliver lasting impact.
With experience in banking, professional services, live performance and theatre, film and TV production, martech and creative advertising, Louise is currently the Chief People Officer for Campbell Property Group, one of Australia’s leading residential builders, as well as leading independent HR consultancy, Frank People HR.
Taking brown field, reactive HR functions, Louise applies her organisation development experience to build a team and systems that drive productivity, engagement, connection and collaboration across regions and disciplines, helping teams merge, grow, and thrive while elevating the experience for both employees and customers.
A keen learner, Louise is still trying to master the art of the long board in her personal life, much to the amusement of her kids.
