Zhen Ling Tan is an experienced HR business partner with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer goods industry across multiple countries and functions.
Tan has been working with Unilever for nine years now, demonstrating her ability to thrive in highly VUCA and fast-paced business environment as well as her skills in organisation design, leadership and talent development, performance management, and capability and culture building.
Tan started out in the company as HR management trainee, was appointed as HR business partner for the SEAA supply chain in 2015, and was tasked with customer development in the Philippines in 2017, before she got to her current role a year later.
