Group talent and training manager
Jaka Setia is an HR professional with some six years of HR experience as well as a demonstrated history of working in the food and beverages industry.
A member of Eurokars Group Indonesia since September 2019, Setia is skilled in training needs analysis, hospitality industry, management, property management systems, and process scheduler. Prior to his current role, he was most recently HR and learning manager at Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel, where he worked for more than four years.
In 2018, he was selected as a finalist for the HR Excellence Awards Young HR Talent of the Year.
