As a resourcing business partner, Cheong manages end-to-end resourcing activities for Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan as part of Resource Solutions' global service provision of recruitment activities at Barclays. Her primary remit covers all permanent and contingent hires across the business areas of finance, risk, legal, tax, audit, compliance, HR, corporate communications, and treasury. She successfully delivers against expectations and challenging circumstances by having a clear understanding of business needs, working closely with stakeholders, managers, and candidates, and forging close partnership with vendors.
