Elouise Chin found her specialisation when she moved to OCBC’s learning and development, group human resources division in 2015, five years after she joined the bank’s graduate executive program in 2010. Today, this driven, passionate, and high-driven lady is pursuing talent management in SEA with Baxter, bringing with her the competencies she gained from working at OCBC Bank and PwC.
