To deliver this vision, the HR team played a critical role in designing the organisation framework for our Growth Platform Transformation, identifying roles and responsibilities of the new structure, as well as implementing a flawless change management program for all countries. Launched in early 2019, the new organisation framework has proven to be successful in accelerating the region’s business growth.
Another priority for Ingredion’s HR team involves digitisation and the future of work. HR has deployed an integrated HR data management system for all human capital management aspects including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent & career management, learning & development, and leave management.
The management system has enabled Ingredion to use big data and advanced HR analytics to deliver impactful HR interventions. Using technology has helped to streamline and improve efficacy of their HR processes, which allows the team to prioritise business needs and elevate employee experience through easing management by line managers and employee self-service.
