HRD invites nominations for this year’s Elite Women

Who are the female leaders transforming HR in 2026?

Nominations are well underway for HRD’s Elite Women 2026, and we are continuing our search for the women redefining what great HR leadership looks like across APAC

Last year’s winners were described by nominators as: “Someone who uses her voice, vision and values to create meaningful, lasting impact.”

Another nominator said, “A woman of influence is not afraid to stand up for what is right, and who will say the thing that everyone is thinking but is too scared to say. She will use her positions to advocate for others and make sure they are heard. She doesn’t wait to be invited to the conversation; instead, she ensures she’s an integral part of it.”

These are the kinds of qualities we are looking to highlight again in 2026.

We are calling on HR professionals at every level to help us identify women who are leading with purpose, backing bold ideas and building workplaces where people can thrive.

Submit nominations by Friday, 12 June.

Nominees can be working in any HR-related role that impacts people and culture – from enterprisewide strategy to specialist functions such as talent, reward, DE&I, learning or employee relations.

The full report will be published online in October.
