Asia’s best employers revealed
HRD has today revealed the results of its third annual Employer of Choice report.

The report recognises three overall winners in the >500 employees category, three winners in the <500 employees category and 13 top performing companies across nine key areas, including remuneration, career progression and communication.

There are a total of 19 businesses recognised in the report, representing a range of industries from banking to health, hospitality, telecommunications, and more.

Iain Hopkins, editor of HRD magazine said: “The relationship between employee and employer is undergoing more change today than it has since the Industrial Revolution.

“With that, business models are shifting and sadly, not many organisations are able to keep up. The companies on this list, however, are consistently aiming for the moon—understanding the importance of attracting and retaining staff in today’s competitive landscape.”

The full Employer of Choice report is available in issue 3.03 of HRD magazine, out now or view the list online here.
