Organisations can be nominated under 12 categories – Corporate Health & Wellbeing, Employment Law Firm, Human Capital Management Systems, Immigration, International Relocations and Settlement Support Firms, Learning and Development, Payroll Systems, Pre-Employment Screening & Psychometric Assessment, Recruitment Firms, Recruitment Systems & Technology, Reward & Recognition, Talent Management, and Workforce Management Software.

Among the companies recognised last year were Employment Hero, DLPA, DDI, Reward Gateway and First Advantage. The awards enabled them to demonstrate their point of difference and build their profile in the industry.
