New Zealand's top HR leaders come together for 2024 National HR Summit

Leaders in New Zealand's HR industry are set to convene at the upcoming National HR Summit in April.

The summit will bring together human resources directors, chief human resources officers, and global HR heads from New Zealand's most successful companies to mingle and exchange ideas over the country's evolving labour landscape.

"The National HR Summit New Zealand has the reliable, research-based knowledge professionals need to make the right calls and turn the workforce challenges of today into a distant memory," said Janina Sarmiento, the summit's event producer.

Participants can expect panel discussions on the following topics:

  • How to attract and retain top employees
  • Effective wellbeing strategies for building resilient teams
  • Learning and development to engage remote worker

There will also be workshops on how to utilise ChatGPT to support HR departments, and how to manage workplace conflict effectively to minimise risks.

Roundtable discussions will also be held to give delegates the opportunity to discuss HR challenges and come up with action points to address them.

Ultimately, winners at the HRD Awards New Zealand 2024 will be declared during the summit.

The event will be held on April 10, at The Pullman in Auckland. Registration is now open through this link.
