As CHRO at MyHR since April 2019, Sylvie Thrush Marsh leads a growing team of HR administrators and advisors, overseeing a massive operation that now provides 800 Kiwi companies dedicated outsourced HR support for 18,000 employees. This operation involves 400 employment agreements, 20 disciplinary processes, 9-10 restructures, more than 80 hours of phone support and hundreds of additional support items weekly.
Marsh played a crucial role in this growth, recruiting and on boarding new teams, developing workflow management solutions, and adapting to an ever-changing environment, while maintaining a 9.5 out of 10 engagement score within the HR team. Marsh also provides strategic input, software development ideas, and ongoing business development ideas during management meetings, engages in customer engagement activities, fronts conferences and MyHR’s monthly online HR forum and blog writing.
