Pippa Schaffler has eight years of HR experience within the food and restaurant industries across Canada, the UK, and New Zealand.
In her current role with KPMG New Zealand, Schaffler is responsible for delivering strategic HR solutions for the organisation’s advisory and data and analytics divisions, supporting over 300 employees nationally. She also provides HR advice and support across all stages of the employee lifecycle, is involved in inclusion and diversity initiatives, collaborates with wider inclusion and diversity networks, as well as leads KPMG's safety and wellbeing portfolio.
