Wanted: New Zealand's best employers

HRD is on the hunt for employers who have stood out in the past months

Wanted: New Zealand's best employers

HRD’s second annual Employer of Choice report is currently open for entries to find out which organisations are hitting the mark as great places to work.

To be considered, HR leaders are asked to submit an entry via this online form outlining their company’s initiatives and achievements across key areas, including remuneration, health and wellbeing, communication, leadership and more.

“We always believed Clorox was a great employer but by showcasing our unique culture and talents this allowed us to be recognised in the external market. Becoming HRD Employer of Choice means so much to all our employee, being great is a team effort!” said Sarah Doherty, HR Manager ANZ at Clorox, 2019 Employer of Choice.

Submit an entry now.

The best submissions will be recognised as Employers of Choice. This accolade brings with it national coverage in the HRD website and newsletter, giving employers a great opportunity to showcase their outstanding employee initiatives, especially in the midst of a crisis. Winners will also be given exclusive marketing material that can be incorporated in employer branding, internal communications and recruitment campaigns.

Access the online form here.

The Employer of Choice report will be featured in the HRD New Zealand website and newsletter in August.
