The search for New Zealand's best employers has begun

HRD has opened entries for the annual Employer of Choice report

The search for New Zealand's best employers has begun

The annual search for New Zealand’s top workplaces begins – HRD’s Employer of Choice 2020 is now open for entries. In its second annual year, the report aims to recognise companies who stand out in a crowded marketplace.

Senior HR representatives can put their organisation forward through the online entry form here.

Companies who wish to put themselves forward will need to provide details of their people initiatives and achievements over the past 12 months across a number of key areas including remuneration, diversity & inclusion, access to technology and work-life balance.

Amidst the global COVID-19 pandemic, this is a great opportunity to showcase how companies attend to the growth and needs of their employees not only during normal day-to-day operations, but especially when faced with a crisis.

Further details on how to enter are provided on the online form here.

The Employer of Choice report will be featured on the HRD New Zealand website and newsletter in August.
