HRD New Zealand has opened entries for 5-Star Employers of Choice 2023
For the fifth year, HRD encourages organisations in New Zealand of all sizes, and across all industries, to participate in the annual search for the 5-Star Employers of Choice.
The entry process asks for details of people initiatives and achievements over the past 12 months across a number of key areas, including remuneration, diversity and inclusion, access to technology, and work-life balance.
HR leaders are invited to put their organisation forward through this online entry form.
Participation in this annual ranking provides a wealth of opportunity for businesses looking to build their profile in the industry. Winners will be presented on the HRD New Zealand website. They will also gain exclusive promotional opportunities designed to amplify their achievement across multiple channels.
The 5-Star Employers of Choice 2023 report will be published online in March.
