The search for the best workplaces in Australia and New Zealand returns for 2026
HRD is excited to announce that nominations are now open for the 2026 5-Star Employers of Choice.
This highly anticipated report recognises organisations across Australia and New Zealand that are setting the standard for workplace excellence. Companies with at least 10 employees are invited to put themselves forward by completing a short entry form highlighting their standout programs and best practices.
Participating in this annual ranking is a fantastic opportunity to boost your company’s profile and celebrate your commitment to your people.
Interested employers may submit through this online form by Friday, 14 November.
Shortlisted companies will receive an anonymous employee survey to circulate internally on 24 November.
The 5-Star Employers of Choice 2026 report will be published on the HRD website in April.
