Last chance to access employment law updates for 2018

HR managers looking to update their knowledge of employment law this year are running out of time to act with HRD’s popular Employment Law Masterclass series about to wrap up for another year.

The annual program is presented by partners from New Zealand’s top workplace law firms. This year’s topics include timely updates on the Holidays Act 2003, availability provisions and pay equity as well as practical how-to sessions on investigating workplace bullying allegations and a step-by-step guide to a legally-defensible disciplinary process.

The program focuses on lessons from recent cases and court decisions to ensure HR managers have the most up to date knowledge of their legal risks and obligations as an employer.

There are still a handful of tickets left for the upcoming events being held in Wellington on 8 May and Christchurch on 9 May. More details and registration information is available here.
