Honour the leaders who made the biggest difference in the HR space this year
Now in its eighth year, HRD’s annual Hot List will once again spotlight the most influential HR leaders who have made an impact on the profession. This prestigious showcase recognises individuals who have driven change and helped elevate HR’s role within their organisations.
To be eligible, candidates must be the senior HR decision-maker in their organisation, with at least 10 years of experience in the industry. They should also be able to demonstrate initiatives that have strengthened the influence and strategic value of HR in their workplace.
Submit your nominations through the online form no later than Friday, 14 November.
Those selected for Hot List 2026 will be featured on the HRD website and gain access to exclusive promotional opportunities to amplify their achievement. The final list will be published online in April.
