Final week to be named an Employer of Choice

HRD's search for New Zealand's top employers ends this Friday

Final week to be named an Employer of Choice

Over the past few weeks, HRD has been calling on entries for its Employer of Choice 2020 report. The report will showcase companies that are leading the way with policies and initiatives that engage their staff in key areas critical to positive employee experience, these include leadership, remuneration and health and wellbeing.

To get involved, companies can submit an entry using this online entry form.

This is a great opportunity for employers to offer insight into how they have fared over the past 12 months, not only during normal day-to-day operations, but especially when faced with a crisis.

“Chorus were fortunate to be recognised in the HRD Employer of Choice awards.  It was a great opportunity for us to reflect on the work we had done and to see how highly this is valued when held up against other organisations.  The awards provide the opportunity to showcase the great things about your company and I would encourage employers to enter.” says Kim Culpan, Head of Organisational Development for Chorus, Employer of Choice 2019.

Deadline of entries is this Friday, 19 June.

The organisations whose performance across the key categories stand out from the rest will be recognised in the Employer of Choice 2020 report, to be published on the HRD New Zealand website and newsletter in August.

Further details can be found on the online form here.
