HRD calls for entries for its annual Innovative HR Teams report
HR teams today need to adapt and innovate in order to continue to deliver value and drive business growth. New workplace challenges mean that the best companies have HR teams that are agile, bold and forward thinking in their people strategies.
HRD is looking to showcase the best HR teams in New Zealand for its second annual Innovative HR Teams report.
Last year’s report recognised HR teams from a range of industries with entries covering innovation in terms of health and wellbeing programs, recruitment, as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives. These were teams that have distinguished themselves from their peers - each one pushing the boundaries and thinking bigger.
HR leaders can put their teams forward by submitting an online entry detailing their initiatives and achievements from the past 12 months that are changing the face of HR within their organisations and in the wider industry.
The Innovative HR Teams 2020 will be announced in the HRD New Zealand newsletter and website in April.
