Help HRD uncover Australia’s emerging young HR talents for the annual list
HRD Rising Stars 2026 is now open for entries, spotlighting young, talented and accomplished HR professionals.
The report will spotlight the next generation of HR professionals who are already making a meaningful impact in their organisations.
To be eligible, entrants should be 35 or under, have 10 years or less of HR experience, and be able to demonstrate clear career progression and development in HR.
We are looking for individuals who are leading progressive people initiatives, lifting capability and culture, and supporting their organisations through change.
Nominations can be submitted via the online form by Friday, 24 April, and are open to HR practitioners from organisations of all sizes and sectors across Australia.
Managers, peers and mentors are encouraged to put forward exceptional young professionals, and self‑nominations are also welcome.
Rising Stars 2026 will be featured on the HRD website in August.
