Australia's HR leaders to meet at upcoming wellbeing summit

HR leaders across Australia will gather this May at an event to find solutions to various wellbeing and psychosocial challenges emerging in workplaces.

The HRD Wellbeing Summit Australia will return on May 22 to provide HR leaders with insights and strategies to support their workforce through successful health and wellness programmes, according to event producer Janina Sarmiento.

The event will include various panel sessions on successful wellbeing programmes, cost-effective wellbeing benefits, as well as minimising burnout across organisations.

There will also be a session covering the latest regulations on psychosocial risk management that will impact employers' obligations.

"This session will discuss the current landscape of managing psychosocial risk in the workplace and key changes to expect in the year ahead," say organizers.

An interactive roundtable discussion will also be held where HR leaders can reflect on the key insights shared throughout the summit and develop future actions for growth.

The upcoming event will be held at The Fullerton Hotel in Sydney. Register for the summit online through this link.
