Meet the women who have made an outstanding contribution to human resources
HRD is proud to announce the HRD Elite Women 2025 - recognising the outstanding contribution and professional excellence of female leaders in human resources across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
All of 2025’s Elite Women are role models and with many in senior positions across sectors including mining, energy and transport and logistics.
This progression and achievement should not be taken for granted, according to Christine Iannerella, associate director of professional services, Brisbane, at recruitment specialists Robert Walters.
“More women are stepping into executive HR roles compared to a decade ago. However, true equity at the very top is still a work in progress,” she says.
The final list of 40 Elite Women who made their mark have all shown their ability to deal with major issues such as digital literacy, data-driven decision-making and organisational design.
Winners include:
Jessica Ciccozzi – East Executive
Tracey McPherson – Kuehne+Nagel Australia
