Australia's top HR leaders to convene for 2-day national summit

HR leaders across Australia will be coming together for a two-day national summit this month to address the urgent challenges faced by workforce leaders — from talent shortages to employee retention.

The HRD National HR Summit Australia will take place on March 21 and 22, bringing together human resources directors, chief human resources officers, and vice presidents from Australia's most successful companies.

"Complete with a comprehensive Main Conference and a Director's Forum designed especially for the C-suite, top-tier speakers, networking opportunities, interactive sessions, an expansive industry expo, and a programme of complimentary workshops, this one-of-a-kind event provides an experience that is unlike any other in the sector today," said event producer Janina Sarmiento.

The event will hold panel discussions on attracting and hiring top employees, effective wellbeing strategies to build resilient teams, developing internal mobility to optimise the workforce, among others.

It will also see a Director's Forum and 16 interactive workshops that are presented by experts on various fields.

There will also be roundtable discussions held throughout the summit where participants can exchange ideas on how to address the key challenges that they have been facing.

The two-day summit will be held at Winx Stand, Royal Randwick, Sydney, on March 21 and 22. Registration is available through this link
