E-learning provider TodayCorp recently signed a deal with McDonald’s Australia to pilot a fully integrated, online e-recruitment and e-learning solution called Metime. The solution, which will be piloted in McDonald’s restaurants on the Central Coast of New South Wales, is an end-to-end solution for the online recruitment, selection, pre-employment orientation and induction of new employees before they commence work. Once new employees have begun work, Metime will provide other job specific e-learning modules and email a weekly report to the restaurant manager detailing all employee training results.

Neller ventures into metrics with InfoHRM

Payroll and HR software provider Neller recently entered into a strategic relationship with InfoHRM to offer a metrics reporting tool as an additional module to Neller’s Preceda suite. The module, Preceda Metrics, is an internet-based, fully integrated HR planning, measuring and reporting solution, and will allow users to analyse a range of key measures within their business. The partnership with InfoHRM will also allow benchmark comparisons within the industry and across the 170 clients using the InfoHRM metrics tool. Neller said Preceda Metrics will allow HR managers to analyse their data and convert it into quantitative and qualitative measures to effectively make decisions for the business.

Aon HRO partners with BenSoft for HR portal

Aon recently announced that it will integrate BenSoft’s RepayMe into its global, end-to-end HR solutions provided to clients by Aon Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO), a division of Aon Consulting. RepayMe is a web-based reimbursement account administration service offered through BenSoft. Through integrating RepayMe technology into Aon HRO’s solutions, users will be able to manage reimbursement accounts, such as flexible spending, health reimbursement and transportation and parking accounts through a fully automated, web-based solution. Aon HRO said the alliance with BenSoft will provide customers with the ability to offer employees attractive benefit programs while eliminating the burden of back-office functionality.
