Secure your spot in Australia's gathering of the most forward-thinking HR leaders
In one week, HR leaders across Australia will be meeting up meeting for the HRD National HR Summit 2026, which returns to the International Convention Centre (ICC) in Sydney from March 31 to April 1.
Under the theme "HR Reimagined: Leading the New Era of Work," the summit will bring together senior HR professionals, people leaders, and workplace innovators to tackle rapid shifts in technology, regulation, and employee expectations.
Delegates will gain access to five content stages – the Main Stage, Directors Forum, Learning & Development Stage, HR Innovation Stage, and hands‑on workshops – designed to cover everything from AI and analytics to culture, leadership, compliance, and workforce transformation.
With more than 90 roundtables and workshops scheduled, the format is built to immediately deliver actionable takeaways rather than theory alone.
The 2026 programme will feature a keynote from Colleen Callander, global bestselling author, business adviser, and former CEO of iconic Australian brand Sportsgirl.
Callander is set to share insights on building high‑performance cultures where people can thrive and how leaders can navigate ongoing disruption with confidence.
Alongside the keynote, senior people leaders from organisations including WiseTech, Telstra, Google, Commonwealth Bank, IKEA, and Coles are scheduled to speak, offering case studies and lessons from large‑scale transformation, talent strategy, and HR technology initiatives.
With the countdown clock now in its final days, there's still time to secure your place
and join a community of peers who are shaping the next era of HR in Australia.
