Wanted: Australia's best employers

HRD has opened entries for its sixth annual Employer of Choice list

Wanted: Australia's best employers

HRD’s sixth annual Employer of Choice report is currently open for entries to find out which organisations are hitting the mark as great places to work.

To be considered, HR leaders are asked to submit an entry via this online form outlining their company’s initiatives and achievements across key areas, including remuneration, career progression, communication, leadership and more.

“Being recognised as the Employer of Choice in the not-for-profit and public sector space in 2019 is an outstanding achievement for our business. The reputation of our organisation has always been strong, but this award adds significant value to our branding proposition, both from an employer as well as a service provider perspective.”  said Margaret Bowen, CEO of Disability Trust HR, HRD Employer of Choice 2019.

“We will certainly be applying for other HRD Awards in 2020, and we encourage other organisations to do the same. Such prestigious recognition is testament to the progress and ongoing growth in our leadership and successful strategies in our people, learning, culture space; and again, we hope to be up there on the podium in 2020.”

The best submissions in each category will be recognised as Employers of Choice. This accolade brings with it national coverage in the HRD website and newsletter as well as exclusive marketing material that can be incorporated in employer branding, internal communications and recruitment campaigns.

The Employer of Choice report will be featured in the HRD website and newsletter in April.
