The search for Australia's best employers has begun

HRD has opened entries for the annual Employer of Choice report

The search for Australia's best employers has begun

The annual search for Australia’s top workplaces begins ─ HRD’s Employer of Choice 2020 is now open for entries. Now in its sixth year, the report is well-established as a valuable accolade for companies looking to stand out in a crowded marketplace.

This year, there is a new entry process for companies who would like to be included in the list. HR leaders are asked to complete an online form providing details of their people initiatives and achievements over the past 12 months across a number of key areas including remuneration, diversity & inclusion, access to technology and work-life balance.

“While our staff already know that SwanCare is a great place to work, being recognised as a HRD Employer of Choice has played a key part in asserting our offering to the workforce. We wear our HRD badge with pride and definitely recommend other outstanding employers to consider entering,” said Candice Hitchcock, Brand & Marketing Coordinator of SwanCare, Employer of Choice 2019.

Further details on how to enter are provided here

The best submissions in each category will be awarded the accolade of Employer of Choice 2020. This accolade brings with it national coverage in the HRD website and newsletter as well as exclusive marketing material that can be incorporated in employer branding, internal communications and recruitment campaigns.

The Employer of Choice report will be featured in the HRD website and newsletter in April.
