Search underway for teams driving innovation in HR

Entries are now open for HRD Innovative HR Teams 2020 – an annual list showcasing the best teams at the forefront of changes and innovation in the HR industry.

HR leaders across Australia can put their teams forward by submitting an online entry outlining the initiatives and achievements from the past 12 months that are changing the face of HR within their organisations and in the wider industry.

“Maxxia is proud to sponsor the HRD Innovative HR Teams for the fifth year running,” said Andrew Daly, Group Executive Customer Development at Maxxia, the official sponsor of the Innovative HR Teams report.

“It’s no secret that organisations with highly engaged employees have a performance edge and the competition for talent today is fierce. We are pleased to acknowledge the participating HR teams for their efforts in creating great experiences for their employees.”

The report offers HR teams a unique benchmarking opportunity to see how their practices compare to those of their peers. The Innovative HR Teams list will be announced in the HRD newsletter and website in February 2020.
