Revealed: Australia's Top Recruiters 2020

HR Partners, Underwood Executive and Randstad were the best-performing companies overall for HRD’s 2020 Top Recruiters.

HR Partners Director, David Owens told HRD that to be recognised as the overall top recruiter means a great deal to the company.

“Whilst it has taken a long time, it's an accolade we are truly thrilled to receive,” said Owens.

“For the team at HR Partners, this means a tremendous amount. It's the first time we've ever featured in the Overall Top Recruiter category, so for us to win Gold is something extremely special.”

This year, HRD has surveyed hundreds of readers for the Top Recruiters Survey 2020, asking them to rate the performance of recruiters (at company level not individual) they had worked with over the previous 12 months.

The survey has determined winners (Gold/Silver/Bronze) in Ten specialist industry areas, with ‘Overall Top Recruiter’ awarded to the company which received the most overall votes.

Moreover, the survey asked readers furthers questions around topics such as specialist vs generalist recruiters and recruitment budgets for next 12 months.
