Leading the way in innovative L&D programs – with Karlie Cremin of DLPA

In this edition of HRDTV, we sat down with Karlie Cremin, Managing Director from Dynamic Leadership Programs Australia.

DLPA was awarded the Gold Medal in the Learning and Development category in 2023 for its unique approach to customizing personalized L&D programs specific to its clients’ needs.  

DLPA specializes in crafting bespoke L&D programs tailored individually to align with each organizations’ goals. DLPA incorporates elements of cultural sensitivity, hybrid-work models, and works to actively foster a balance of organizational focus and external perspective to drive real organisational change. 

Cremin attributes DLPA’s success to its commitment to scaling its proven methodologies and incorporating client feedback into its programs. Cremin highlighted the importance of client feedback and collaboration, stating: "Our clients have been really instrumental... giving us the freedom to try out some new things and embed some of the stuff that we know works really well."  

Looking forward, DLPA is set to expand its offerings, including a focus on women in leadership as they continue to support leadership excellence across industries.
