HRD will recognise the teams in Australia demonstrating progressive HR initiatives

HRD is looking for teams the most forward-thinking HR teams in Australia

HR teams across Australia only have until next Friday to submit nominations for HRD’s seventh annual Innovative HR Teams list.

The pandemic has caused a drastic change to the workplace, and HRD is looking for the teams that have not only kept up with the needs of the time but risen above the challenges.

The report will recognise the teams breaking boundaries to move the HR industry forward – whether it’s by taking a progressive approach to recruitment, introducing new technology, or rolling out a ground-breaking reward and recognition strategy.

The entry form only takes a few minutes to complete, but the benefits of a place on the report are significant. The report offers HR teams a unique benchmarking opportunity to see how their initiatives compare to those of the profession at large. The best teams will be announced on the HRD Australia website and newsletter in August and be able to use this accolade to build their profile both within and outside of their organisations.

Deadline for entries is next Friday, 27 May.

Access the online entry form here.
