From 4 to 15 April 2018, the Gold Coast welcomed 6,600 athletes and team officials from 71 nations and territories and visitors from all over the world, to compete and enjoy the biggest event Australia hosted in more than a decade. At its peak, the workforce consisted of over 1,600 paid staff, up to 15,000 volunteers and over 40,000 contractors.

In what promises to be an enlightening interview with Denise Meyerson, Founder & CEO of The Focus Learning Group, Rachael Frizzo, Manager (Organisational Development) at Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation (GOLDOC), will share her story on training development and how L&D impacted the successful execution of the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.

The two-day masterclass will feature L&D experts from some of Australia’s top organisations including Rio Tinto, MetLife, CBRE and many more.
