HR Awards: does your team have the x-factor?

Nominations are open for the 2014 Australian HR Awards, with new categories on offer to showcase the industry’s best and brightest.

Does your team lead the way in industry innovation and corporate creativity when it comes to delivering HR services? Do you have what it takes to stand out from your peers?

Best HR Industry Innovation and Corporate Creativity is one of the new award categories for this year’s Australian HR Awards.

The new category recognises the changing nature of the industry and the fact that HR professionals are finding new ways to be innovative and do more with less.

The judges will be looking for a balance of creative solutions to big problems, while remaining practical and measurable on outcomes, as well as leadership buy-in, risk management and allowing creative process to take place using new methods for ideas sharing.

Nominations close on 12 June and you can nominate yourself, your manager or an organisation in as many categories as you would like, for free.

Finalists will be notified and announced on 7 July and this year's award winners will be revealed on 5 September at a black-tie event held at Doltone House on Darling Island.

Winners of the 2014 Australian HR Awards will feature in Human Resources Director magazine, HC Online and will be invited to share their story at the 2015 HR Summit series.
