How Domino’s engages millennial workers
The HR Summit will return to Brisbane in October as the last event of the 2017 National HR Summit series.

Taking a fresh look at HR topics, the summit will continue its focus on helping HR professionals enhance leadership abilities, deliver effective change and challenge their preconceptions.

Many expert industry speakers will be on hand to achieve this goal, including Peter Ryan, National Learning and Development Manager of Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd.

Ryan’s session ‘Learning and Development programs that engage millennials’ will cover incorporating contemporary technology into training programs; keeping learners engaged; social learning and micro-learning; engaging managers in training outcomes and shifting from a corporate-centric learning universe to a learner-centric one.

As well as this, many other HR leaders will be chairing a host of varying presentations over the course of the two-day conference. The full agenda is available here.

HRD readers interested in attending the conference are encouraged to book online now to benefit from special Super Saver rates; further discounts apply to team booking of four or more delegates.

The HR Summit will take place at the Stamford Plaza, Brisbane, 18-19 October 2017.
