How Accenture helped employees' finances go further

HRD is once again partnering with Reward Gateway for a webinar on how to create a cost-effective high-impact benefits program.

In the upcoming webinar on Wednesday 27 June, viewers will be hearing from Randy Wandmacher, Human Resources Lead at Accenture. Wandmacher will be discussing how a rich benefits scheme can help mitigate the effects of rising costs of living and limited remuneration budgets. The session will cover how to create a cost-effective, high impact benefits scheme and give an example that boosts disposable income by 3-10% while providing an ROI to the organisation.

Wandmacher will be joined by Kylie Green of Reward Gateway and by John Hilton, News Editor of HRD. Viewers will have the opportunity to ask their questions live.

Previous Reward Gateway webinars were well-received by HR professionals. Viewers were given an insight on successful implementation of benefits schemes by representatives from Optus, Sensis and Suncorp. Viewers saw how the programs increased employee engagement, fostered a sense of trust and community and received tips on best practice.

Registrations are now open upcoming Reward Gateway webinar and are free of charge. Tune in at 12.30pm AEST on Wednesday 27 June.
