HRD's search for Australia's top employers ends this Friday
Over the past few weeks, HRD has been calling for entries for its Employer of Choice 2020 report.
The report will showcase companies that are leading the way with policies and initiatives that engage their staff in key areas critical to positive employee experience, these include leadership, remuneration and career progression.
“The reputation of our organisation has always been strong, but this award adds significant value to our branding proposition, both from an employer as well as a service provider perspective. We are confident in our workforce being competent and committed to providing the best service to our customer base, and this recognition of ‘Employer of Choice’ speaks volumes,” says Margaret Bowen, CEO of Disability Trust, Employer of Choice 2019.
“We will certainly be applying for other HRD Awards in 2020, and we encourage other organisations to do the same.”

Deadline of entries is this Friday, 14 February.
The organisations that perform the best across each category will be recognised in the Employer of Choice 2020 report, to be published on the HRD website and newsletter in April.
