Employer of Choice entries close next week

Time is running out to be recognised as a leading employer

Employer of Choice entries close next week

HRD’s sixth annual Employer of Choice report will once again identify Australia’s best workplaces. Companies that want to be considered for the accolade only have until next Friday to submit an entry using this online form

The entry process asks for details about initiatives and achievements across key areas, such as remuneration, communication, reward & recognition, training and professional development, career progression, recruitment & on-boarding, diversity and inclusion, access to technology, leadership, work-life balance and employee health & wellbeing.

“While our staff already know that SwanCare is a great place to work, being recognised as a HRD Employer of Choice has played a key part in asserting our offering to the workforce. We wear our HRD badge with pride and definitely recommend other outstanding employers to consider entering,” said Candice Hitchcock, Brand & Marketing Coordinator of SwanCare, Employer of Choice 2019.

A place on the Employer of Choice list brings with it national coverage in the HRD website and newsletter as well as exclusive marketing material that can be incorporated in employer branding, internal communications and recruitment campaigns.

Entries close next Friday, 14 February 2020.

The Employer of Choice report will be featured in the HRD website and newsletter in April.
