Time is running out to be recognised as a leading employer
HRD’s Employer of Choice 2021 report will once again identify Australia’s best workplaces. Companies that want to be considered for the accolade only have until next Friday to submit an entry using this online form.
The entry process asks for details about initiatives and achievements across key areas, such as remuneration, communication, reward and recognition, training and professional development, career progression, recruitment and on-boarding, diversity and inclusion, access to technology, leadership, work-life balance and employee health and wellbeing.
The organisations judged as showing the best performance across these areas will be recognised as the 2021 Employers of Choice. This includes national coverage on the HRD website and newsletter, as well as access to exclusive promotional opportunities to build your company profile in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Entries close next Friday, 19 February 2021.
The Employer of Choice report will be published in April.
