Choosing a recruiter: Specialist or generalist?

A new survey asks HR professionals to share their views on recruitment firms

Do HR professionals prefer to use a generalist recruitment firm that covers a range of areas or work with specialist recruiters catering to each role?

That’s one of the questions posed in HRD magazine’s inaugural Top Recruiters survey, which will provide insight into the HR-recruiter relationship and recognise those firms that are most impressing their HR clients.

HC readers are encouraged to complete the short survey and take the opportunity to vote for their preferred recruiters before next Friday 16 December. As an incentive to take part, all respondents will also go into the draw to win 1 of 2 passes to the National HR Summit, valued at $1,850 each.

The Top Recruiters report will be published in issue 15.02 of HRD magazine in January.
