What challenges do you think HR will face in the next 10 years?
People’s needs and demands are becoming more and more complex – they need more support, flexibility and an increasingly bespoke approach. Moving managers toward a “Mindful Leadership” approach will be key.
 
What is the most interesting aspect of your role?
